As a participant you must carry the mandatory equipment with you during the whole race – from start to finish – or you will be penalized. Race stewards may check your equipment at any time during the race. Here is the overview of mandatory and recommended equipment. More details on mandatory equipment for different routes can be found in the Rules<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backpack, running belt or their combo with capacity to carry complete mandatory equipment.<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Charged always on mobile phone. Runner must be reachable at any time during the race.\nBack up power source recommended.<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Own drinks cup at least 150ml capacity.<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Bottles or bladder with minimum capacity 1 liter.<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Headlamp with spare batteries (200 lumens or more) + spare headlamp with spare batteries<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Whistle<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Cap, hat or bandana<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Metalic survival blanket minimum 140 cm x 200 cm<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
First aid kit – Elastic bandage minimum 100 cm x 6 cm, 2 x plaster, 2 x antiseptic wipes or alternative<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Food reserve minumum 2 bars or 2 gels at the start and in Stre\u010dno CP.<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
At least EUR20 cash, just in case.<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Personal ID<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Insurance covering rescue by Mountain Rescue Services (HZS – Horsk\u00e1 z\u00e1chrann\u00e1 slu\u017eba) in Slovakia\nand is valid also for organized sport events and competitions<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Bag for rubbish<\/mark><\/td><\/tr>
Jacket with hood made of a waterproof (10,000 Schember) and breathable membrane<\/mark><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
